1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing, registering, or using the services offered through the Starsmm.run platform (hereinafter "the Platform", "the Service", or "Starsmm"), the user (hereinafter "the User", "the Client", or "you") expressly, voluntarily, consciously, and irrevocably accepts the entirety of these Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter "T&C"), as well as our Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines published on the Platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately and permanently refrain from using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any modification to these T&C shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
Starsmm.run reserves the right to modify, update, expand, or reduce these T&C at any time and without prior notice. It is the sole responsibility of the User to periodically review these terms.
2. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE
Starsmm.run is a Social Media Marketing (SMM) Panel that acts as an intermediary between the User and third-party providers of digital promotion services. The services available on the Platform may include, but are not limited to:
Increasing followers, subscribers, likes, views, comments, shares, and other forms of engagement on various social media platforms.
Automated or semi-automated promotion campaigns.
Traffic and visibility services for digital content.
Any other promotional digital service listed in the Platform's service catalog.
The specific availability, quality, delivery speed, and continuity of each service depends on third-party providers and is therefore not guaranteed by Starsmm.run.
3. DISCLAIMER OF AFFILIATION WITH SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS
STARSMM.RUN IS NOT AFFILIATED, ASSOCIATED, AUTHORIZED, ENDORSED BY, OR IN ANY WAY OFFICIALLY CONNECTED WITH ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook, Instagram, Threads)
X Corp. (formerly Twitter)
Google LLC (YouTube)
TikTok Ltd. / ByteDance
Snapchat Inc.
LinkedIn Corporation
Pinterest, Inc.
Telegram Messenger Inc.
Spotify AB
Twitch Interactive, Inc.
Reddit, Inc.
Any other social media network, application, or digital platform
The names, logos, trademarks, and brand identities of the aforementioned companies are the exclusive property of their respective owners. Any reference to these platforms on Starsmm.run is purely descriptive and for informational purposes only.
Starsmm.run does not represent, speak for, or act on behalf of any social network. The User acknowledges and accepts that Starsmm.run operates entirely independently from all social media platforms, and that no relationship of partnership, agency, or representation exists between Starsmm.run and any such platform.
4. USER RESPONSIBILITY — FULL AND EXCLUSIVE LIABILITY
THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT SECTIONS OF THESE TERMS. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY.
The User assumes full, exclusive, and sole responsibility for all actions taken on the Platform, including the selection, purchase, and use of any service. This responsibility includes, but is not limited to:
4.1 Compliance with Third-Party Terms of Service
The User is solely responsible for ensuring that the use of Starsmm.run services does not violate the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or any applicable policies of any social media platform, application, or third-party service involved. Starsmm.run does not review, monitor, or guarantee that any service offered complies with the policies of any external platform.
4.2 Account Risks
The User acknowledges and accepts that the use of SMM services may carry risks including, but not limited to: account suspension, account termination, content removal, shadowbanning, reach reduction, or any other punitive action taken by social media platforms. Starsmm.run shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for any such consequences.
4.3 Legal Compliance
The User warrants that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to laws governing advertising, data protection, intellectual property, consumer rights, and digital communications. Any legal consequences arising from the User's activities are the sole responsibility of the User.
4.4 Content Responsibility
The User is solely responsible for the content promoted through the services purchased on the Platform. Starsmm.run does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any content linked to orders placed by Users.
4.5 Indemnification
The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Starsmm.run, its owners, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to the User's use of the Platform or violation of these T&C.
5. NO REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. STARSMM.RUN OPERATES A STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY.
By making a purchase on the Platform, the User expressly acknowledges and agrees to the following:
5.1 Non-Refundable Payments
All payments made to Starsmm.run for any service, credit, balance top-up, or subscription are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
The User changing their mind after placing an order.
Dissatisfaction with the speed of delivery.
Partial or incomplete delivery due to external platform changes or restrictions.
Account suspension or ban on any social media platform.
Duplicate orders placed by the User in error.
Services that do not produce the expected results or engagement.
Technical issues beyond Starsmm.run's reasonable control.
Changes in social media algorithms or platform policies that affect results.
5.2 Credits and Wallet Balance
Any credits or balance added to a User's account wallet are non-refundable and non-transferable. They may only be used within the Platform for available services.
5.3 Chargebacks
If a User initiates a chargeback or payment dispute through their bank, payment processor, or any financial institution without first contacting Starsmm.run to resolve the issue, Starsmm.run reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently ban the User's account, cancel any pending orders without compensation, and pursue legal remedies available under applicable law.
5.4 Exceptions
The only exception to this no-refund policy occurs when Starsmm.run, at its sole and absolute discretion, determines that a technical error on the part of the Platform directly caused a failure to deliver a paid service and no corrective alternative can be provided. In such cases, a credit to the User's account balance may be issued — not a monetary refund — at Starsmm.run's discretion.
6. SERVICE DELIVERY AND GUARANTEES
6.1 No Guarantee of Results
Starsmm.run makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the outcome, effectiveness, permanence, or quality of any service purchased. Social media engagement metrics such as followers, likes, views, or comments obtained through the Platform may fluctuate, decrease, or be removed at any time by the relevant social media platform without notice and without any obligation on Starsmm.run's part to compensate or replace them.
6.2 Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times provided on the Platform are approximations only and do not constitute a contractual commitment. Delays caused by third-party providers, social media platform changes, high demand, or technical issues do not entitle the User to a refund or cancellation.
6.3 Drop in Metrics
After a service has been delivered, it is possible that metrics (followers, likes, views, etc.) may decrease over time due to algorithm updates, account purges, or other actions taken by social media platforms. Starsmm.run is not responsible for such drops and will not replace lost metrics unless a specific "refill guarantee" is explicitly stated for that particular service in the Platform's catalog.
6.4 Order Cancellations
Orders that have already started processing cannot be cancelled. Cancellation requests for orders not yet started will be reviewed at Starsmm.run's sole discretion and may result in account credit only, never a monetary refund.
7. PROHIBITED USES
The User agrees not to use the Platform for any of the following purposes:
Promoting illegal content, hate speech, violence, terrorism, or any content that violates applicable laws.
Engaging in fraud, deception, or misrepresentation of any kind.
Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, scrape, or otherwise compromise the Platform's security or functionality.
Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans, restrictions, or promotional limitations.
Reselling services in a manner that misrepresents their origin or nature without proper disclosure.
Using the Platform in any way that could expose Starsmm.run to legal liability or reputational harm.
Violating any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or rights under applicable advertising regulations.
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund, at Starsmm.run's sole discretion.
8. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
8.1 The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any activity conducted through the User's account is the sole responsibility of the User, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by the User.
8.2 The User must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
8.3 The User must notify Starsmm.run immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of their account. Starsmm.run shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from the User's failure to secure their credentials.
8.4 Starsmm.run reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these T&C, with or without prior notice and without any obligation to refund remaining balances.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
9.1 Starsmm.run, its owners, employees, directors, affiliates, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform or its services.
9.2 Starsmm.run's total cumulative liability to any User, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount paid by that User to Starsmm.run in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 Starsmm.run shall not be liable for any losses resulting from social media platform policy changes, algorithm updates, account bans, content removals, or any other action taken by third-party platforms.
9.4 Starsmm.run does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and third-party service disruptions may affect Platform availability at any time.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, branding, software, design, text, graphics, and other materials on the Platform are the intellectual property of Starsmm.run or its licensors. The User may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the Platform's intellectual property without prior written consent from Starsmm.run.
11. PRIVACY AND DATA
Starsmm.run collects and processes certain personal data from Users as described in its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these T&C. By using the Platform, the User consents to such collection and processing. Starsmm.run does not sell personal data to third parties but may share it with service providers necessary to operate the Platform.
12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, tools, or services. Starsmm.run is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service and does not endorse them. The User accesses third-party services at their own risk.
13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
13.1 In the event of any dispute arising from these T&C or the use of the Platform, the User agrees to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting Starsmm.run's support team.
13.2 If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, any dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized arbitration body, at Starsmm.run's designated jurisdiction.
13.3 The User waives any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against Starsmm.run.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Starsmm.run is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of said jurisdiction.
15. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these T&C is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from the T&C entirely if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These T&C, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between the User and Starsmm.run with respect to the use of the Platform, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings.
